1.What about the warranty?

1)Electrical appliances will be replaced with new ones within 3 years if any quality issues arise.
2) Acrylic tank shells will be replaced with new ones within 5 years if any quality issues arise, for quality issues arising 5 to1 0 years after purchase, a payment of 30% will be made and the old shell can be exchanged for a new one.
3) We will bear the after-sales service fees if the number of products with quality issues exceeds 0.7% of the total unitssold.
4) Lifetime warranty.

2. When the warranty start?

The warranty period starts after the product is finished loading the container and the bil of lading is given by the shippingcompany.

3. What is the normal lead time?

Normally 30-45 working days after receive the deposit.

4. How often do l clean the spa?

Our recommendation is to clean once every 3 months. Maximum time for cleaning is once every 6 months.
