After Sales Service
1. Electrical appliances will be replaced with new ones within 3 years if any quality issues arise.
2. Acrylic tank shells will be replaced with new ones within 5 years if any quality issues arise; for quality issues arising 5-10 years after purchase, a payment of 30% will be made and the old shell can be exchanged for a new
one.
3. We will bear the after-sales service fees if the number of products with quality issues exceeds 0.7% of the total units sold. (MOQ 100 sets)
